Hello fellow sausage lover! My name is Spencer and I am the chef-owner of Osterman's Artisan Sausage. I am delighted that you have stumbled upon my site. We are a family-owned & operated small business based out of Dahlonega, Georgia and have been in town since May of 2024. We are so excited about the community we have found already and hope to create a sense of belonging for our guests when they visit our shop. All of our sausages are freshly ground and cased with no fillers, preservatives, nitrates or nitrites. Our assortment of fresh sausage changes constantly based on seasonal product availability and we look forward to meeting you all soon.
